1 size up is perfect ....
im 6 foot with a 42 inch chest and i bought a size 44 so as i can wear it over my armoured shirt and it fits perfect .. so go a size up and you should be ok unless you want to wear it over a t shirt then you could just buy the correct size ... super shop to deal with and fast delivery ...

Very nice
I've been promising myself one of these for a long time now but I've been a little put-off by the comments regarding sizing. I'm 6'3 with a 46" chest and I normally wear a 2XL in bike jackets so I opted for a 3XL in this vest and it's absolutely bang on. I can wear it over a t-shirt without it being too big and it fits nicely over my bike jackets and kevlar hoodie. I don't think I'm ever going to take it off now that I've got it.

Better than expected
Very happy! Love the leather, not too soft, not too hard, all seams perfect, no quality issues at all. With 189cm (6'2) height and 103cm (40,5) inch chest size L fits perfect over t shirt or hoodie. A bit tight over my leather bomber, but acceptable. Recommend to everyone. Dont hesitate and buy it if you're looking for a good vest.
