FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on orders over £125*
Choose as many items as you like and we will take care of the delivery - free of charge.

SAME DAY DISPATCH when ordered by 2pm**
Order by 2pm and we will select, pack and send your purchase the same working day.

TRACKED SERVICE
We use tracked & signed for services. Tracking details will be emailed to you so you may check the progress of your delivery.

SECURE PACKAGING
We use secure boxed packaging to ensure you receive your purchases in excellent condition.

INTERNATIONAL
We deliver to over 30 countries worldwide including Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Europe, Australia, Canada, USA. Select your purchases and at checkout the delivery charge for your international address will be clearly displayed.

For international payments, we recommend you use PayPal where all major cards are also accepted and this will ensure your purchase is processed quickly.



RETURNS 

NO QUIBBLE EXCHANGE & REFUND
If you change your mind you can return your unused item, at your own expense and risk, in its original packaging and in its original brand new condition within 30 days of receipt. Labels and swing tags must not have been removed, the item must not have been used or adulterated in any way and the item should be free of odour. We will refund the product price only, minus any postage charges originally paid, within 5 working days. Please enclose name, address and reason for return so that your request may be quickly processed.

EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange, please return your unused item, at your own expense and risk, in its original packaging and brand new condition with all labels and tags still attached within 30 days of receipt. Please pay any price differences for the exchange item plus the postage cost originally paid by cash, debit/credit card, postal order or cheque made payable to 'Exitlight Ltd'.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
For our international customers we suggest you return your item for a refund and then re-purchase the correct size. Alternatively, you can pay any price differences and the cost of return delivery via PayPal and we will process the exchange.
Please note: All returns from international customers must be clearly marked as "Returned Goods" and specified as such on any customs declarations. Failure to do so will result in import duty, administration charges and VAT being mistakenly applied to your shipment. We will not pay any outstanding customs charges and will refuse any such shipment resulting in your parcel being returned to you.

We aim to process exchanges immediately on receipt (subject to stock availability). Please include precise details of your exchange and any relevant payment so that we can deal with your request as quickly as possible.


FAULTS
In the unlikely event you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please return it with labels and swing tags still attached. Once received, we will send out a replacement at no cost to you. We will also refund you up to the value of £6.00 towards your return postage to us.
