Classic - Leather Waistcoat

I bo9ught this to wear over my leather motorbike jacket and to sew my club badge on to. I bought size XXL and the fit was perfect. Nice soft leather .

I don't normaly write reviews but the service I received from Skintan deserved some form of recognition.

Before purchasing the waistcoat I wrote to them about sizing. Their responsnse was both speedy and very helpful.

I therefore placed my order following their advice.

The ink cannot have yet been dried on the order before I was; to my pleasant surprise: opening up the box containing the waistcoat.

The leather used is very heavy and durable and the manufacturing seems top notch. I expect it to wear very well and as it takes some wear I would think the character of the garment will improve.

My only niggle is a minor one, but I would prefer the leather to have a smoother finish to it and not the "bobbly" finish as at present.

I know some people like that but I'm not one of them.

Still I am very pleased with the garment and Skintan, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.
